Yesterday evening, my family came across an UberEats delivery just left outside our garage door. The order from TGI Friday's on Pleasant Hill Road was delivered around *-* PM, and we were surprised to find it there the next day, uneaten. I believe this mishap could have been avoided with better delivery practices. I hope UberEats or TGI Friday's can resolve this issue promptly for the rightful customer. In the future, I trust that deliveries will be made more securely to the correct recipient's hands. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yesterday at 5:27 PM, I made an order on Uber Eats for McDonald's using my computer. Initially, the latest delivery time shown was 6:20, but it kept changing to 6:05, then 6:15, 6:25, 6:35, 6:50, and eventually 7:00. The order finally arrived at 7:05. I attempted to cancel, but I could only find instructions for the phone app, and the phone support number mentioned did not provide assistance. I am concerned about being charged for this order with reference number 0E99F, totaling $15.94. This was my first time using Uber Eats; usually, I order from the same place via Doordash, where the delivery time is 20-30 minutes. Waiting one hour and thirty-eight minutes for an order from a store just 10 minutes away is highly unsatisfactory. Kindly process my refund for this unacceptable service experience.

I frequently order McDonald's through your Uber Eats app from the Nuthall site in Nottingham. Unfortunately, almost every time there is an issue such as missing or burnt items, including just receiving lettuce instead of a salad recently. It has become a common occurrence for me to request refunds and provide photo evidence with each order, which is frustrating. My family considers McDonald's a special treat, and it's disappointing when our orders are consistently incorrect. Despite the pleasant Uber drivers, the problems seem to originate from the Nuthall McDonald's location. I reside at 23 Coleby Road, Nottingham, NG8 6FR, and we order weekly. I understand that this is not the fault of the Uber drivers who deliver the food, but I would appreciate it if you could help escalate a complaint to the Nuthall McDonald's location on my behalf. The quality of the food has been consistently below standards, with burnt items and missing components in previous orders, leading me to share my meal with my kids. I am the proprietor of Arthur's Cafe in Cincinnati. There is an order at my bar that has been waiting for a driver for the past 45 minutes. Regardless of whether the driver will be arriving, the food is now cold, which does not reflect the quality of service I aim to provide. The order totals $41.46, and there is now a dissatisfied customer who never received their meal and holds us responsible. Being a small business, I cannot afford to absorb this loss or risk a negative reputation in the community. Our business, The Galley E17, has been on Uber Eats for two years. After uploading the required documents and getting them approved, our cafe on Uber has not been turned back on, resulting in an over £[redacted] loss. Despite numerous calls and callbacks, technical support has not resolved the issue, causing a loss of customers and financial stress. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by one of your delivery partners and the overall inefficiency of your system. The fact that I have to resort to a third-party site to communicate this issue is unacceptable. The lack of a direct contact number or email address reflects poorly on your company and seems like an attempt to avoid accountability. My order from Granary Thai Cafe, placed at 2:45pm with a 3:15pm delivery window, has not arrived as of 4:15pm. Efforts to reach the driver or the restaurant have been futile, leaving me frustrated. This recurring problem with Uber Eats is unacceptable. I insist on speaking with a representative to address this issue promptly and discuss fair compensation. I am not interested in receiving Uber Eats credits as a form of resolution. It is crucial for Uber to understand that customers have alternatives and will choose superior services if necessary.

I recently placed an order with PF Chang in Myrtle Beach. The first order was excellent, but the second one was terrible. My card was charged $32.08 plus a $7.97 tip. When the delivery driver arrived, I asked if the tip was included in the $40.05 total. She said it was not, so I gave her $46 in cash, thinking the charge hadn't gone through on my card. Later, I found out the card was already charged, and the tip was included. I've been trying to resolve this for 8 hours. After numerous emails, they refunded my card but didn't include the tip, leaving me out of pocket with $54 including the wasted food. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and strange responses I'm receiving. Despite my efforts with emails, forms, and texts, I'm still at a loss.

I ordered from McDonald's today around 4:40 pm. A driver was assigned within 5 minutes with a promised 5 pm delivery, which got delayed to 5:15 pm. After a confusing back and forth with drivers and delivery times changing to 5:40 pm, my order for a family of 6 was finally delivered at 5:35 pm. Unfortunately, the delay resulted in half of the food being cold and the rest only lukewarm. There was no way to cancel or contact Uber Eats during this frustrating experience.

I placed an order for Outback on Uber Eats on 10/23/20 at around 6:40 PM. The Uber app initially indicated a delivery time of 7:40 PM, but things went downhill when the first driver appeared to go in the wrong direction and another driver from far away was assigned, pushing the delivery time to 8:20 PM. Hungry and frustrated, I later learned from Outback's James that they had received a cancellation over 45 minutes prior and had no record of my order. This was due to Uber being very busy and short on drivers. Despite getting a refund, the ordeal affected our Friday dinner plans. On the bright side, I ended up having a PB&J sandwich, which surprisingly wasn't too bad - a meal I hadn't had in years.

I ordered Pad Thai and Cajun fries from Momoland around 11:30 pm, with a promised delivery time of 5-20 minutes. However, upon placing the order, the delivery time was extended to between 12:30-12:50 am. Despite this, my order did not arrive within this timeframe. The app initially showed my order was being prepared, then suddenly shifted to "order is on its way," without providing any delivery driver details or GPS tracking. At 12:30 am, I indicated that my delivery had not arrived, only to receive instructions to wait for a knock at the door without further alerts. The lack of transparency and poor communication from Momoland and Uber Eats is truly unacceptable.

On Thursday, October 22, I placed an order for delivery from Sushi Train in Newtown, Sydney, scheduled between 5:15 and 5:45 pm on Friday, October 23. I specifically requested for the driver to contact me upon arrival due to the apartment security. Despite providing my mobile number and access details, the driver left without attempting to reach me or buzz the apartment upon arrival. Upon checking my phone at 5:15 pm, I discovered missed messages indicating the driver's early departure due to no response. When I tried to call the provided number (+61 [redacted]41), it was unreachable. The restaurant was unable to assist. Not only did I miss out on the dinner I had anticipated, but I also noticed two charges of $79.59 on my account. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I urgently require a refund for one of the charges. This incident has marred what was meant to be a special family occasion, and the financial impact is significant, especially during these difficult times. Hello, I am currently at work and recently received my Uber Eats Popeyes order earlier than expected. When the delivery person arrived, instead of the Uber Eats driver, it was a guard who delivered my food, including a drink. As I attempted to take a sip of my orange soda, the lid suddenly tilted, resulting in a spill all over my desk, computer, phone, and clothes. Unfortunately, the spill affected my computer keyboard and Mini Mac hard drive. My manager at Millennial Resource Guide LLC advised me to replace the damaged items. I am upset about the situation, especially since the delivery process did not go as expected. I will discuss the matter with my supervisor on Monday regarding the property damage. It was a frustrating experience with a ripple effect, but I will take responsibility for replacing the items. Hello, good afternoon. I am currently at work and recently received my Uber Eats Popeyes order earlier than expected. The delivery person, who wasn't the Uber Eats driver I was anticipating, handed me my food and drink. My keyboard, phone, and the floor were all affected. I have taken some pictures of the incident. My manager at Millennial Resource Guide LLC has informed me that I need to replace the Keyboard and the Mini Mac hard drive due to the damage caused by the spill. I will be discussing with my supervisor on Monday about how to address this situation. I am quite disappointed with the turn of events as I was expecting a direct delivery and instead had a spill that damaged my belongings and attire. Hello, I need to report an issue with my Uber Eats order from Arby's. I placed the order for delivery to my address in Painesville, Ohio, but the GPS directed the driver to Mentor, Ohio instead. The driver struggled to find Mentor and had to call me for directions to Painesville. Consequently, my order took much longer to arrive, and by the time it did, some items were cold, and my sandwich was missing key ingredients. Despite these problems, I tipped the driver well as it was not his fault. I would like a refund due to the GPS error and the inaccuracies in my order. I appreciate the driver's efforts and hope he can keep the tip. I am upset by how this was handled but would like to continue using Uber Eats in the future as I've generally had good experiences. I need to report an issue with my Saturday, October 24th Uber Eats order. I placed an order for my favorite Arby's meal in Painesville, Ohio [redacted] at 3 W Erie St, but the delivery ended up in Mentor, Ohio instead. Despite my correct address in Painesville, the GPS directed the driver to the wrong location in Mentor, causing significant delays. I had a concerning experience with UberEats recently. When I placed an order, it was sent to an old address, so I cancelled it immediately. Strangely, I was charged a cancellation fee even though I had just made and canceled the order within minutes. After reordering, the delivery time was supposed to be between 12:00AM and 12:30AM, but my food arrived at 1:00AM when the restaurant had closed at midnight. I placed an order at the local KFC on Saturday, October 24th. I monitored the delivery map eagerly awaiting my food. Suddenly, my dog's barking alerted me to a car pulling up. I assumed it was Christopher, the delivery driver. However, the car parked briefly before driving off to a dead-end street. After returning, the driver didn't stop despite my attempt to signal him from my front porch. It seems he may have mistakenly delivered my order to a similar address. I cancelled my order, received a refund for the meal, but now I noticed the tip pending on my bank account. I didn't get the food, so I don't wish to pay the tip. Please refund the $3.03 tip amount, as I believe it should not be given when no food was received.

El domingo por la noche, mi pareja y yo hicimos un pedido al restaurante chino Casa de Wu en Granada a través de la cuenta de ella.
