Hello my name is Nyzeria Henry and my account is being used unauthorized. I have deleted the App from my phone at the beginning of this year* I canceled my account in January ****, but I have my bank account showing my card is still being used. I would like my account refunded and a letter forwarded to stating my account is being refunded with recognition that my account is being used unauthorized by someone else. This has caused a lot of financial strain as my account is no longer accessible to me and I am not able to use my card. Thank you
