I placed order *********** with the message "driver must send message to notify me when he has arrived at front door." This basic message was not completed by the driver, I had to get a call from the reception of the hotel where I am staying, I had to leave my room to chase this incompetent idiot down, and he has the nerve to tell me I supplied the wrong number, and its my fault this happened. I have not touched the food, and due to this outrage I will not eat it. I want my money back, I want that jackass fired, I want an apology by phone call, for my severe inconvenience, and I want the same order delivered free of charge, by a driver who can follow basic instructions and is not a jackass. My name is Luke and my number is **********. Fix this soon.
