I placed an order with Cream Stone. The address is clear and can be located on Google Maps. Despite this, the delivery guy called once to confirm the address, but as I was driving, I missed the call. After that, he kept giving missed calls. When I attempted to call him through the app, it didn't work, claiming the number is incorrect, though it's the same number he called from. Also, when I messaged him to call back, he missed the call. He never entered the colony as well, and the app showed the delivery partner as offline. This unprofessional service is unacceptable. This experience has led me to not use Uber Eats again. I hope Uber investigates this issue and refunds the amount promptly. Unfortunately, apart from Help, there is no other support available to address such issues.

On 7/16 at approximately 3:22 PM, I placed an order through the UBER EATS APP. My order was delivered, and shortly after another UBER EATS delivery arrived. I explained that I had already received my food. Later, I discovered I was charged for three orders. After contacting customer service, I spoke with Supervisor Christian and then Manager Kat, who both stated I needed to pay for the additional orders. Despite my request to receive the food for which I was charged $40, I was told this wasn't possible. I am frustrated as this situation was due to an error on their end since the orders were minutes apart. I feel unsupported as a loyal customer and felt belittled during the conversation. I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and communication from UBER EATS. I intend to file a formal complaint as I am dissatisfied with the handling of this matter. It is disheartening to lose both money and food in this situation.

Hello, I'm Kendra M. and I encountered issues with my UberEats orders recently. Yesterday, I ordered from Mint Thai and my beef pad kee mao was missing the beef. Also, although I used a $5 credit, it didn't reflect on my receipt. Today, my $33.02 order from Tamashi Ramen and Sushi was canceled on its own, but I still got charged. Reordering cost me $41.09. Now my bank shows multiple charges and refunds; $74.11 was charged for one order. I expected a $33.02 refund, but I was double-charged $41.09 instead, plus an extra charge later. Please refund my $5 credit, the missing beef dish, and the $33.02 unauthorized charge. I hope for a swift resolution. Thank you, Kendra M.

Today, as a summer school worker, I utilized Uber Eats to order food for the students I support. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. After placing an order worth $55.56 at a McDonald's, the app declared the food delivered when it hadn't arrived. Despite contacting customer service and obtaining a refund, subsequent orders encountered the same issue, leading to more refunds. Despite multiple attempts and assurances, the problem persisted, leading me to contact the driver directly through the restaurant, only for the order to be abruptly canceled. Confusion arose when customer service claimed I had canceled the order, untrue to my efforts. This ordeal, coupled with unhelpful customer support, has soured my experience with Uber Eats. I insist on a full refund to avoid escalating the matter with my bank, as it is unacceptable to be wrongly charged $55.56 for undelivered orders.

I placed an order with McDonald’s at 3:40 PM. The estimated delivery time was 4:20 PM, but there was a delay, and now it says it will arrive by 5:00 PM. I've been trying to cancel through the Uber Eats app without success. The customer service section was not helpful at all. The app now shows a further delay, which is frustrating. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund. I've waited over an hour for food that was supposed to arrive in 15 minutes. Please, refund my money now. If I can't cancel and the food arrives in poor condition, I expect a refund and a discount on future orders.

I placed an order with Pie Face in Brendale, Qld and waited a long time for the delivery. I got distracted because it was taking so long. When I contacted Pie Face, I was told the order was cancelled due to no available Uber drivers. Pie Face said they wouldn't refund the charges taken from my account. I am confused why the charges were taken if they couldn't deliver. There was no communication that delivery was not possible even though the store was open at the time. Neither Uber Eats nor Pie Face informed me of the cancellation after I had already paid. I don't accept that it may take up to 10 days to refund me, especially when it has already been several days since the order was cancelled. I haven't received a refund or any compensation yet. I want this resolved promptly.

Good afternoon,
I noticed some unauthorized charges on my account for items that were not prepared by the restaurant or delivered by Uber. I promptly canceled the transaction when I discovered that my fiancé had placed the order at the wrong restaurant. I request a refund for the erroneous charge.
Furthermore, the food we received from the correct Beef O Brady's location in Valrico was very disappointing. Despite leaving a review on the app, I need to express that the meal made my fiancé ill. He vomited throughout the night after eating the burger and wings, unable to finish them due to their unpleasant taste. My 6oz steak was also dissatisfying, with a crumbly texture and overcooked consistency, rendering it dry and unpalatable.

I ordered from Five Guys through Uber Eats. After receiving a pick-up confirmation, I got notifications that the driver was trying to deliver but never showed up. I called support, was informed the driver arrived but my order was refunded. Despite the refund, the delivery problem persists, wasting my time and money.
During a call with the support agent, I was dissatisfied with the response and asked to speak to a manager. The manager confirmed the driver did not reach me. I even checked with my community security, and no one tried to deliver.
I noticed my order was placed at 9:28 pm when the restaurant closed at 9:30 pm (Eastern), raising doubts if the driver picked it up. I feel disappointed with the service as a long-time customer. I seek assistance from Uber directly, not outsourced agents, to address this issue promptly and efficiently.

I placed an order on May 5th from Dehat, which was delivered promptly, and I paid in cash to the delivery person. However, when I tried to order food the next day, it showed an unpaid amount of Rs [redacted]. This situation is frustrating as the food was delivered only after making payment. We have no way to confirm if the payment we make is being recorded. I attempted to contact customer service, but no one responded or called back. I am a delivery partner for UberEats. On a recent delivery to McDonald's in West Palm Beach on Forest Hill Blvd. and Jog Rd. around 4 am, I encountered an issue. When the order was canceled while being just feet away, I followed the procedure on the app, yet the order reappeared. The McDonald's staff mentioned the cancellation due to serving breakfast instead of the customer's lunch/dinner order. I contacted UberEats for clarification. They suggested a possible app glitch and advised logging out, which I attempted by restarting my phone. Unfortunately, the order vanished without the $3 compensation for reaching the location. Despite reaching out to UberEats and speaking with both a representative and a supervisor, I was informed that I would not receive payment. This contradicted my previous experiences where I received compensation for similar situations. Following their advice, I am reaching out via email as recommended.

I have utilized your service on multiple occasions. Recently, I encountered an issue where the driver who accepted my order proceeded in the opposite direction of the restaurant I had ordered from. Consequently, my food ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes at the restaurant, resulting in it being delivered cold. I have screenshots as evidence of the driver's incorrect location and the delay from when they accepted the order. Upon contacting customer service, I was advised to reach out to the restaurant for a resolution. I explained that the error was caused by the driver, not the restaurant, and requested a refund or adjustment, to no avail. It is frustrating that after being a loyal customer without any prior issues, there seems to be no willingness to assist me in this instance. Despite paying over $30 for cold food, I am being directed to the restaurant, even though the mistake was not on their end.

I experienced a delay with my recent order. I tracked the driver via the app and noticed he was taking longer than usual at McDonald’s. When he finally arrived, he was parked in the middle of the road, making me go to his car. He only handed me a bag, omitting my drink that I had clearly ordered. After showing him my app, which displayed my order, I only then received my drink. I observed him eating a McDonald’s burger, indicating he had stopped to eat while on the job. This unprofessional behavior was disappointing as my food arrived cold, missing my fries as well. I have previously had quick and complete orders with Uber Eats, but this experience fell short. If this is the new norm for deliveries, I may need to reconsider using this service in the future.

I placed an order at Mughal Darbar using the Uber Eats app. I paid with my debit card, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, my order was canceled without explanation. I tried to reach customer service using the number provided online, but it was incorrect. If Uber Eats continues to provide such poor service, I will have to file a complaint against them.

Today, I placed two orders. The first was for tandoori chicken, which was delivered correctly to the address provided. Shortly after, I placed another order for sweets, but the second delivery person claimed the address was wrong and couldn't deliver. I found this contradictory and was dissatisfied with the second delivery person's behavior. Due to my recent surgery, I couldn't go to the sweet shop to pick up the order as requested. Instead, I cancelled both orders paid with my debit card. Upon cancellation, I received a refund of Rs [redacted], with Rs [redacted] refunded and the rest deducted for tax and delivery charges. I recently placed an order at Panda Express in Warsaw, Indiana on 7/21/19 through Uber. After waiting for an hour and a half, we called Panda Express only to find out that the driver didn't pick up our order. Despite being charged $41.97, we decided to drive to the restaurant, where we were informed by the staff that Uber had already collected the food. We returned home, hoping to intercept the Uber driver, and luckily, my son noticed the driver at the door. The driver claimed to have been knocking for 10 minutes, but we hadn't heard anything. I had a disappointing experience with Lucky Star Cafe Grill. I ordered two French slams, which came to $12.72. Including tax, service, and delivery fees, the total was $18.92. Unfortunately, only one of the French slams was delivered, leaving my family hungry. When I called the restaurant, they blamed me for the mistake and offered no solution. I am requesting a full refund and will not be using this app to order food again. The driver refused to return for the missing item, and I believe they should have checked the order before leaving. I have receipts and pictures as evidence of the incomplete order.

I placed an order at McDonald’s and paid for it. However, I forgot to add a sauce and quickly canceled the order before they started preparing the food. When I reordered, I couldn't find an option to add extra sauces. Although I think this should be addressed, my main concern is being charged twice. I don't feel it's fair to be penalized for a mistake made before any preparation began, especially considering I would not have been charged for the same action in-store. I placed an order for dinner on your app from McDonald’s at [redacted] Av Beaumont, Mont-Royal, Montreal, QC H3P 3E5 at 8:25 pm, scheduled for delivery by 8:55 pm. Unfortunately, the order was 25 minutes late, missing 2 items, and the 2 Big Macs were served without beef. Additionally, the food was cold and tasteless upon arrival. This meal was for my kids, and the experience left them hungry and disappointed. I expect professionalism when doing business, and I was let down by the service provided by Alice and her supervisor. Having the funds withdrawn from my account for an unsatisfactory meal with a promise of a refund in 5-10 business days is not fair. I rely on your service to handle issues that may arise with orders, otherwise, I could order directly from the restaurant.

I placed an order on Saturday, July 20th at 6pm WA Perth time using the Uber Eats app. I tried twice to make the purchase, but the system indicated the transaction failed. To my surprise, I realized that two charges of $38.35 each were deducted from my NAB account by Uber, even though I never received any food. I had a disappointing experience with my Uber Eats order. Despite making a complaint, I have not received a refund. The TGIF store manager was unhelpful and directed me to seek a refund from Uber. I spent $50 on poorly prepared food and waited over an hour for my meal only to find it undercooked and cold. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am demanding a refund from management. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it with the better business bureau and my credit card company. I have been on "live" chat support for over an hour with no resolution.
