Hello, I want to express my appreciation for your service. I frequently order from you, and nearly all your drivers are excellent. Despite a recent incident with a driver at a drive-through, I will continue using your service. While at the drive-through, a Gray Nissan Altima with the license plate LPK E21 dangerously cut in front of me. I had to reverse to avoid a collision. I have a picture of the license plate as evidence. This behavior is not in line with the great customer service Uber usually provides. Despite being confronted by drive-thru employees, the driver acted rudely. This was not the kind of experience I expect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Uber Eats still receives a 5/5 rating from me, with just one disappointing experience.

Upon receiving our McDonald's order, we realized that a chicken wrap Happy Meal with chips and Coke Zero was missing. After contacting McDonald's and speaking with the manager at Church Street Croydon, he claimed he personally packed the order and was unsure what happened to the missing item. It is suggested that the Uber driver might have taken the meal, leaving my child without their food. This incident is unacceptable, and I am looking to file a formal complaint and seek appropriate actions against the driver along with compensation for the missing meal. Additionally, calling the provided telephone number yielded no response, adding to my frustration. The store number for reference is [redacted], and the incident occurred on 23/07/19 at 17:58pm.

To Whom It May Concern, I am Master Rishikesh Karamveer Chauhan from Aurangabad, Maharashtra, writing this letter to request sponsorship for an upcoming event I will be attending in November. The event is the Asia World Model United Nations (AWMUN), a simulation of a United Nations Conference where young leaders, called Delegates, represent countries in various committees to discuss pre-set topics. AWMUN provides a platform for young leaders worldwide to enhance their skills in leadership, negotiation, diplomacy, and problem-solving. Sponsoring my attendance at AWMUN III would not only benefit me but also reflect positively on the sponsor, as it supports a young individual in participating in an internationally recognized conference hosted by the United Nations. I eagerly await your response. Sincerely,

I am a loyal Uber Eats customer, but I am extremely disappointed with a recent experience. Last night, around 8pm, I tried to order from Zinburger in Melville NY through the app, but it kept showing an error message saying the internet server was down and couldn't confirm my order. Despite this, I unexpectedly received my food from Zinburger two hours later, after resorting to another food delivery app due to the issue with Uber Eats. I don't believe I should be charged for this order as it was never confirmed. I attempted four times to place the order and never received a confirmation. When I contacted customer service, I was denied a refund, which I find unacceptable. As a result, I have decided to stop using Uber Eats.

Dear Uber Eats, I am having trouble placing an order through the app. When I try to checkout, I see a charge of $[redacted].00, which seems to be related to a past dispute with Uber. Last year, I was incorrectly charged for something I did not do, but Uber refunded me for the driver's mistake. Despite this, I now find myself unable to use Uber or Uber Eats services due to this pending charge. I am a Barclay's Uber Visa Cardholder, yet I am unable to access your services. Is there a way to resolve this pending charge from last year so that I can use Uber and Uber Eats without being hindered by a previously disputed payment? Contact email: [redacted] Thank you, Calvin

Hello, I recently placed an order on Ubereats a few nights ago. Unfortunately, my first order was canceled last minute by the restaurant owner, who claimed I had canceled it, which I did not do. I then proceeded to place the same order again, but the second order also did not arrive, and I was charged twice. I am seeking a refund for these issues. This was my first time using Uber, and I was quite disappointed by the lack of customer support and communication in this situation. I don't think I will be using Ubereats again in the future. Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order tonight for 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 Chicken Big Tasty around 9:30 PM, but it didn't arrive until about 10:10 PM, which is longer than the expected delivery time of 10 to 20 minutes. I work long night shifts as a security officer and needed this meal. The issue is that although I paid for all three items, I only received the two double cheeseburgers. The delivery driver, David, mentioned that Uber Eats didn't include the Chicken Big Tasty on the bill and the manager at McDonald's, Ben, instructed him to deliver the available items only. However, my online account shows that I did order and pay for the Chicken Big Tasty, and I have evidence that it was missing from my order. I reached out for a refund but received an email stating I'm not eligible. I find it unfair to pay for something I didn't receive. Thank you. - J.

Order#: 6E43B I experienced a troubling incident with my UberEats delivery. The driver dropped my food on the ground, causing a mess with all the sauces spilling in the broken paper bag. Additionally, the driver who arrived was not the person depicted in the app; instead, they showed up in a car, acting unprofessionally by insulting my boyfriend and driving off abruptly. I have reached out to customer service through the help section, yet there has been no response to my complaint since the afternoon. I am seeking compensation for the ruined food and the unpleasant encounter. I plan to leave a detailed AppStore review about this unacceptable experience with UberEats delivery.

Dear Team, I am writing to inform you about my recent experience with Uber Eats. On July 2nd, [redacted], I placed two orders with reference numbers 2CDA8 and 19C7C. I paid Rs 5,[redacted].00 and Rs 1,[redacted] for these orders respectively. Following delays in delivery, I contacted customer service to cancel the orders. The representative assured me that the total amount of Rs 6,[redacted] would be refunded to my bank account within 5-7 days, but the refund was credited to my Uber account instead. Despite multiple requests, they have been unable to refund the money to my bank due to a technical issue. They suggested I use the amount for their cab service or another Uber Eats order, which I declined. After unsuccessful attempts to have the money returned to my bank account, I seek your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. Best regards, Rajeev K.

I recently placed an order through the app for delivery from a restaurant. I noticed an error in the address listed while the order was being prepared. I tried to cancel the order but struggled to reach customer service. Despite being assisted by Hannah, who was initially helpful, I encountered issues. Hannah tried to redirect the order, but it was out of the delivery range. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor due to a pending charge. When Mark, the supervisor, joined the call, I expressed my frustration with the situation and the interaction with Hannah. I felt there was a lack of genuine apology and understanding of the inconvenience caused. The manager mentioned they were busy with another customer, which I found dismissive. I am disappointed by the overall experience and unsure if I will continue to use the service in the future.

Dealing with Crohn's can make timing difficult. Tonight's Uber Eats order was a letdown. The driver called while I was indisposed, then didn't pick up when I called back a few minutes later. Understandably, the dinner is likely gone. Though it's partly on me for not being available, leaving the food would have been appreciated since I already paid. This experience with UberEats was frustrating, especially for a first-time user. Traditional delivery services have been more reliable in my experience. It seems they may have taken advantage of the situation. I've already deleted the app, just wanted to share my disappointing encounter. A refund is preferable to a $15 voucher, considering I won't be using the service again. Appreciate the gesture nonetheless.

I recently placed an order for a thali through the Uber Eats app. Upon the delivery person's message stating they had arrived, I explained that the location was incorrect due to the automatic setting in the app. Despite providing the correct location, the delivery person claimed they couldn't come to that address. Despite my repeated attempts to call, the communication was poor. After requesting three times for them to come to the correct location, they cancelled the order, leaving me with a penalty fee. This situation does not seem just. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter. I am willing to share screenshots of my call history to show my efforts to resolve the issue.

I placed my order around 4:20, with an original delivery time of 5:20, which was later changed to 5:35, then 5:50, and now it's saying 6:19. The continuous delays are frustrating. I tried calling but couldn't reach the driver, so I texted instead. Eventually, I spoke to a woman named India instead of the expected Yvette. India claimed to be 6 minutes away and provided a different contact number. The new person who answered identified herself as Yvette, stating India was her daughter, not with her in the car. This situation seems suspicious, especially since my order was picked up at 5:15. I assume my food will be cold. I find it concerning that there are multiple individuals involved in my delivery. I haven't received my order yet and would like a full refund.

My husband and I haven't had a weekend away alone in years. Finally, we had a chance to relax, ordered food through Uber Eats for delivery to our hotel. The delivery time kept changing from 7:30 to 7:50 to 8:06 without any update from the driver. Our food was just dropped off at the front desk instead of being brought to our room, even though we paid extra for room delivery. Disappointed that there was no communication about the delays. Not about the cost but the lack of service. Hoping for a resolution to this issue.

I placed an order using the food app on my phone with an estimated delivery time of 12:40 am. Despite the app showing three different drivers assigned to my order, by 12:37 am, none had picked it up, and the estimated time remained unchanged. When I contacted customer service to cancel the order, I was informed it couldn't be canceled as the driver had just arrived at the restaurant, although it seemed unlikely to reach me on time. Requesting to speak with a supervisor, the one I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to connect me with another supervisor or cancel the order to prevent receiving cold food. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the service and asking to speak with another supervisor, I was denied and eventually hung up on. The situation left me frustrated as I wasn't looking for a refund, just an opportunity to address the poor customer service encountered. It was disappointing that after being told I could wait to speak with someone else, I was no longer given that option and instead faced unprofessional behavior. I value a good experience from the delivery app, but this encounter with the food app was far from satisfactory.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I have attempted to cancel my order multiple times, as this was an accidental purchase and I do not want the product. Despite my efforts, UBER is refusing to issue a refund. The item had not even been delivered when they declined to reimburse me, which I find completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund immediately. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and upset, especially since the wrong payment card was used and they still won't refund me. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate this matter further.

I recently noticed a discrepancy on my debit card statement. Initially, I was informed by a live agent that my account would be credited with £10, yet £10.45 was deducted from my card. Subsequently, I attempted to make a purchase for £10.45 using the credited amount, but it debited my card instead. After speaking with two managers from the live orders team, they advised me to contact live chat to resolve the issue. I promptly did so, indicating that I no longer desired the credit due to the debit on my card. Unfortunately, despite expressing my preference for a refund, I was informed 30 minutes later that a £10 credit had already been added to my account. As a result, I kindly request a refund to my card as I am unable to accept credit.

I recently ordered a dish from 'Jayashree' restaurant, but when I tracked my order, I realized it was the wrong location with no address provided. Despite trying to cancel it right away, the restaurant had already accepted the order. I reached out using the in-app help to cancel, but was informed that I wouldn't receive a refund. Given Jayashree's reputation for 'Paav Bhaji,' which is what I ordered and this restaurant being a top search result, I believed it was legitimate. I have also emailed them without any response. I am seeking a prompt refund for this order.

I am seeking a refund for my order #3195A. I placed an order for paav bhaji from Jayashree restaurant, but upon tracking my order, I discovered it was the incorrect Jayashree restaurant, as the location was not specified. Despite my immediate attempt to cancel, the restaurant had already accepted the order. Although I managed to cancel the order using the in-app help feature, I was informed a refund would not be possible. The renowned 'Jayashree' restaurant in Pune is popular for its 'Paav Bhaji,' which led me to search for the dish at the false 'Jayashree' establishment. Despite not finding an address for the restaurant, its prominent position in the search results added credibility. I am urgently requesting a refund for my order.

I canceled an Uber Eats order on July 1, [redacted]. After not receiving my refund, I called Uber Eats and spoke with Martin on July 6. He assured me the refund would be processed in 3-5 days. After waiting 7 days, I emailed Uber multiple times. I was informed that the refund was processed on July 6 and credited to both my Uber Eats account and my bank account in separate emails. However, my bank confirmed they didn't receive the refund, and my Uber account hasn't been refunded. I sent two more emails requesting assistance but haven't received any responses. I would appreciate it if a representative could check on this issue and update me on the status. Thank you, Shirley Marcelja.
