I ordered momos from The Appetite, Airoli which costed me Rs ** including Rs ** DELIVERY CHARGE. The delivery guy called and spoke to me rudely because he couldn’t find the flat number. The lift of my apartment wasn’t working for which he said, “if you want the order come down and take”. If this was a request i had gone but he spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. This is not how it should work. *ber eats is for providing service to the customer and we pay for it so, it definitely should not harm and attack the respect of the customer. *I am myself a lawyer hence, i know my rights and duties on your part. And the way your employee has spoken to me was not at all right. Therefore, I demand an apology. Kindly contact me on my email.**Saniya Shinde
