The issue in GetHuman-gigispiz's own words
We went from doing $****.** per week to $***.** and we have excellent ratings. *This began when we printed new menus.*The pictures were never added, our beverages were never added and customers are being forced to m as ke modifications for item that shouldn't be. For example, when ordering "baked Ziti" they are being asked what kind of pasta they want with it. The add ins are not being charged for. Consequently I have to call to correct it therefore wasting too much time. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls as s well. I was told someone would come to see me and it never happens.*I have turned off my tablet this morning and I will not be turning it back on until someone physically comes to sit with me to correct these issues. Thank you.
