Twice my support ticket has been clossed now when my issue isn't sorted want this escalate to a senior member of staff the service you have provided is shocking I want the restaurant to be investigated or something this happens for to often and they get away with this all the time this is honestly a joke of a customer service team and I should know how good customer service works since I have had over * years experience in a customer service team and * years as the head manager of a customer service division for a well rounded company this is not the service I would provide or expect a member of my team to act all the messages I have received has been robotic and it doesn't make me feel like a valued customer the last time I spoke to the manager of the restaurant they said if this ever happens again I need to go to uber witch I have done since the restaurant can't do anything about it since the order was made and delivered by uber eats so what am I suppost to do let them get away with this once again what a joke man honastly
