I ordered a meal from Stop ** diner and quite literally * seconds after i pressed the order button i cancelled my order and it said “if you cancel now you wont be charged” so i cancelled and then received an email that i had been charged because the restaurant had begun to make my order. First off within * seconds there is no way the restaurant even finished reading my order and the app said i wouldnt be charged and it lied, now i have a $** charge to my card.
GetHuman-felipera did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
