Eat dinner? ... You charged my husband twice and almost put out account in the negative. Once I was charged **$ and the second time was **$ *I ordered once and not only did it take a lot longer than it said THE FOOD WAS COLD the driver got lost even though clear directions were made. They were horribly rude, and driving a different car then what was said. This is ridiculous. Ubereats needs to provide a full refund to his account for both charges promptly.

We are not frequent users to ubereats, as we’ve only heard of it recently. However, if this is the service that’s provided we not my family will not make the mistake again.
I called Ubereats and talked all the way up to the “supervisor” she didn’t let me talk, and told me I was lying that they didn’t charge us twice and so I asked her if my bank statement is fake and she said at that point she doesn’t care, she’s not doing anything and hung up on me.
