Hello my name is Deepak Yadav I had placed a order of mini - biryani nd wen I called the executive to check the status of the order ... As soon as he picked the call he told that the biryani is over . Where I had made a call is this the way to behave with the customer ? No Hello !! Nothing ) wat the **** is does he know ? What a customer Mean to Uber eats *Uber* After that I told him what should I do now I'm feeling hungry.. Anyway I want my order to be delivered OR else I want waiver bcoz my order was canceled .... So he said I can't do anything . I said him that you don't do anything just keep a request frm customers side . He was unprofessional nd interrupting in the middle of the conversation .... Really how disgusting I felt . No manners at All . Using vulgar language **** ... When I'm in the call he hanged the call nd I called him again he is continously using vulgar language nd disconnected the call .. Nd wen I called back it's was saying the number you're calling has blocked .... I want to escalate the issue to Appellate Authority .... I want justification for what happened to me and apology letter from the executive I request to take strict Action against the executive ... Im male if there was a female in my place think what would happn ... I'm really so much frustrated on the executive ..... Is this the way to behave with the customer .....
