I'm in the hospital. I have been for * months now. I was recently transferred to a hospital that is *.* hours away from my house. I have noone to bring my sister and I food. So I ordered from GrubHub. I put specific instructions where my room is and what entrance to use. Im in Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston Fl, in tower * room **. I ordered $**.** worth of food from a restaurant and I got an email saying that the driver called me and waited * min so my order was cancelled without a refund. But my phone never rang at all. And noone came to my room. I then asked my nurse and techs if they saw a delivery person on the floor and all said there has been no delivery person here at all. I do not think it's fair, that I was not given a refund. I'm a disabled single mom, have been hospitalized for * months and your just going to steal **$ from me. On top of all that. I called to get help and the customer service representative was mean and extremely rude. That is just cruel and evil. I hope after you read this you can offer some help in the matter.
