I placed an order with the uber eats and the order got cancellede after two hours without any update from the uber eats. I called the ubereats after one and a half hour and the customer care executive (Anchal) updated me that i would get the compensation of full amount as the delivery partner is not responding if i accept the order. I accepted the order and then after half an hour the order was cancelled. when i called back to the customer care again the customer care (Sarabjeet)denied on the compensation and told me they won't be charging anything. they were rude and told me what is the problem if they are not charging anything. They were not bothered about the amount of time i waited and the false information given by customer care. This kind of service leads me to discontinue with uber eats.
