I placed an order for UberEats at *:**PM got notified my order is on the way at *:** (not far from my house). The ETA was originally ** minutes and stated that Cheryl (the driver) is dropping off an order on the way. The ETA jumped up and down repeatedly for ** minutes and had remained at ** minutes as of *:**PM. At *:** i reached out to Cheryl via phone and she told me that the order before mine changed their address ******** everything up and that Uber would call me and inform me. I never received a call from Uber and I've waited well over an hour for my food. My order arrived at *:**PM and my food is now cold. **I would like to dispute this order. I am a loyal customer to Uber*UberEats so i am disappointed with how this was handled. It should not be allowed to drop off more than one order at a time allowing for one customers food to become cold in the process. I dont believe this is Cheryls fault, she apologized for the whole delay.
