Dear Uber eat,**I use your service all the time. I fell asleep one time on you guys because it was late at night, I was not expecting to get refunded, I felt bad. But the fact that I am being penalized $*.** extra for services that have been $*.** previously is ridiculous to me. Unfortunately at this point I will have to use other services unless you guys want to go back to the normal $*.** service fee for around my area. Sincerely, Kian
