I have placed an order for food delivery. the route the delivery driver was strange, he was driving off the route to my flat. the food came cold and after ** minutes when it takes ** minutes to WALK to the restaurant!! it takes ** minutes drive and its a straight road up until my flat. I have raised this with ubereats and they just reply that they will not refund me! how can u not refund a customer who received cold food and with a huge delay and their driver took a funny route to arrive? (obviously he was delievring elsewhere first!) and also how can u justify a ** minutes driving journey when it takes the same amount of time to WALK to the restaurant??? I WANT MY FULL REFUND , if not then definitely a refund of the delivery costs!!!
GetHuman-mariaves did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
