Hello, I am Dara Lehr. I placed an order with Lee's on Oct 12th, but I did not receive one of the items I ordered. The order number was AF41C. Despite calling immediately, I was informed that a credit would be issued to my credit card. However, it has been two weeks and the credit has not been processed. After contacting customer service three times, I have been repeatedly told that my refund is pending. Considering I have been a loyal customer with 44 previous orders, this experience is disappointing. I have decided to stop using your service and have found Doordash to be a great alternative. I would appreciate prompt assistance to address why my refund is delayed and why my concerns are not a priority. If I do not receive a response or my refund within 48 hours, I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. It is unfair to be charged for an item not received. The application listed my correct location as [redacted] Quantrell Ave, Alexandria, VA, showing a nearby option. While placing an order, the location suddenly switched to Wilmington, DE, despite my phone's location services being on and me never having food delivered there before. I promptly cancelled the order within a minute, but was still charged the full amount minus the delivery fee. This seems unfair due to the app or service glitch. I am requesting a full refund or a $20 coupon for the inconvenience caused by this issue. If my request is not met, I will no longer use either Uber or Uber Eats. To whom it may concern, I encountered an unpleasant situation with a recent food order. Despite my requests to cancel the order due to concerns about the freshness of the items, the customer service representative was unhelpful. They insisted that the food was ready for delivery and did not agree to cancel the order. Even after expressing my dissatisfaction, they proceeded with the delivery, causing further frustration. The lack of cooperation and refusal to refund the order has left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and will reconsider using this service in the future if the matter is not resolved satisfactorily. Thank you.

I made an error with the delivery address causing the food to not arrive. Despite trying to reach out to the driver via phone and Uber message, I was unsuccessful. When attempting to redirect the order to the correct location, I was asked to pay an extra $10 for a 2-mile change. The delivery status shows as completed, although the food never reached us. They mentioned contacting you, but I am unsure if that happened. I hope there is a resolution for this issue. It's puzzling that the delivery is marked as accomplished. Additionally, the driver pictured was a woman, but I received a call from a man, possibly indicating a lack of communication devices for the driver. Warm regards, SHK

On October 6 at 12:20 am, I ordered two pizzas from UberEats. However, I only received one pizza. I requested a refund for the missing pizza and had a friend reorder it. Although I was informed that the refund was processed, it has not shown up in my account. I have reached out to UberEats multiple times without resolution. As a budget-conscious college student who frequently uses UberEats, this delay is causing me concern. I have never experienced such a delay with missing item refunds before. I am eager for an update from your team on the status of my refund. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Your application is frustrating. After entering our phone number, it just freezes. I can't recall when I installed your app or the account details. There should be an option for lost accounts or password retrieval. The "I am not a robot" verification on Uber Eats is excessive. The repeated images make the process never-ending. Even after following all the steps, login is impossible. Please consider moving the human verification step to the end. The current method is irritating. I am extremely frustrated with the app.

Dear Uber Eats Customer Support, I have encountered an issue with my recent order from Zara's Kitchen and I am writing to dispute a charge of $23.00 AUD made on September 28, [redacted] at 2:32 am (#5745E). The first delivery attempt by Zee at 2:00 am (#80A61) did not reach me due to difficulties with the delivery person. A second order was placed and delivered by a different driver, but the quality of the creme brûlée and sticky pudding was subpar. The creme brûlée was runny and lacked the typical sugar glaze, while the sticky pudding did not taste like it was made with dates as advertised. Hello, I placed an order with you on October 21st and I had a disappointing experience with the Ubereats app, customer service, and the quality of the food. I am requesting a refund due to several issues. Firstly, the app failed to provide updates on the status of my order, leaving me unaware if the restaurant had received it. Secondly, when I contacted customer service because the restaurant was unresponsive, the representative was unhelpful and rude, giving me incorrect information about the delivery. Also, the customer service agent wrongly claimed to have spoken to my Uber driver. Lastly, when the food finally arrived over an hour late and cold, it was inedible. Hello, This was my first time using Uber Eats. I usually use Uber for transportation. I was surprised to find out that my Paytm account got linked automatically when I installed Uber Eats. I thought the order was cash on delivery. When the delivery person, Rakesh, arrived, I paid him Rs. [redacted] thinking it was for the order. He should have informed me that it was already paid through Paytm. I never received any notification from Paytm about the deduction. I ended up being charged twice for the order. I placed an order on Uber Eats, but there was a delay due to the driver mistakenly marking my food as picked up. I contacted Uber Eats customer service, and they said they wouldn't charge me for the undelivered order. I requested compensation for the inconvenience since reordering would take over two hours. On October 14, I placed an order with a BBQ restaurant in State College, PA. I had two order numbers: [redacted]3 and [redacted]78. The phone number linked to my account is [redacted]. Unfortunately, only a portion of the food I paid $47 for was delivered, as there was an error on Uber's end, not the restaurant's. I was supposed to receive a refund of $35, but I had to contact my bank to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that UberEats did not refund my money as promised. Due to this experience, my family and I will no longer be using UberEats and will let others know about our negative experience. I am a college student and it is frustrating to have to go through my bank to dispute a charge that should have been handled by UberEats.

I ordered a pizza and cheese bread from Papa John's through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, it was cold and hard. This is the first time I've experienced such a problem, and it was disappointing. If my food had arrived just a bit later but still in good condition, I wouldn't be as frustrated. However, the delivery took an exceptionally long time, resulting in the unacceptable state of the food. As a frequent user of Uber Eats, I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly. I order from you often, sometimes multiple times a day, but if this matter isn't resolved, I will have no choice but to switch to a different service.

I placed an order at a restaurant close to my house almost an hour ago. It was collected around 10 minutes after ordering, yet it has not arrived. I noticed the delivery person is using a bicycle and is currently far across town, causing my estimated time of arrival to keep increasing. I am very hungry, and this situation is frustrating. I specifically chose a restaurant from the "under 25 min delivery" category, but the driver seems to be moving farther away from my location. I would like to request a refund for this order or to cancel it if possible. Measures should be in place to prevent such delays and ensure timely delivery.

I placed an order at a restaurant that was supposed to be open until 12:00am. I canceled my initial order instantly due to errors. Subsequently, I corrected the mistakes and reordered but had to wait over an hour. Just as the driver was en route, the order was canceled by the restaurant, who claimed they were already closed when I ordered at 11:07pm. Despite assurances from the support team that I wouldn't be charged, my bank account shows that I was indeed charged for the undelivered order. I recently placed an order at TGI Friday's for 2 meals and 2 desserts. Unfortunately, the delivery person was delayed and seemed rushed when dropping off the food. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect and contained shrimp, which is a severe allergen for us. I contacted customer service right away but was informed their system was down and was asked to call back later. Given the urgency of the situation with my mother, who is battling cancer and needs to eat within 30 minutes of taking her medication, this was truly distressing. Despite explaining our predicament, the representative, Ben, mentioned a refund would take 3-5 business days. I pleaded for some form of immediate assistance, but Ben only offered a credit after placing me on hold. Though appreciative of his effort, I tried to clarify that a partial refund and credit would have been more suitable considering the circumstances, but he declined my request.

I recently ordered food from Mezban Biryani in Kolkata. The delivery person, Mr. Avishek Barua, contacted me at [redacted]. However, I found his communication to be inappropriate. Despite being at the correct address, he had trouble locating me and called for directions. I suggested he refer to the address in his mobile or seek guidance. Surprisingly, he was standing right outside our location but still couldn't find it. Moreover, his tone was disappointing, and even after delivering the food, he made unwarranted threats. It would be beneficial to provide him with proper training and guidance. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer the call from your customer service as we were enjoying a meal delivered by Uber Eats at the time. Thank you.

I am having trouble registering on Uber Eats in Sydney, Australia. When I open the app, it prompts me to enter my phone number. After selecting Australia and entering my number, it then asks for a password. I have never created an account, so I am unsure what password to use. When I try to reset the password using my email, it says my email is not linked to my phone number. I cannot find a clear option to register on the app, as selecting "skip for now" only leads me to browse restaurants without being able to place an order. I ordered Panera through Uber Eats and found that I was significantly overcharged. My Uber Eats receipt shows a total of $16.12 - $9.28 for the caprese sandwich, $5.99 for the potato soup, with added tax, delivery fee, and a $3 credit. However, the Panera receipt attached to my bag displayed a total of $7.29, with $8.48 for the sandwich, $4.39 for the soup, a $3 discount, and a $3.06 Uber commission. While I understand that the Panera receipt total excludes Uber fees, the final charge should not have exceeded $11 even with those included. I am puzzled by the discrepancy and would like a refund for the overcharged amount. I have photos available if necessary.

The driver delivered my food to the wrong location and then became confrontational when I tried to contact her regarding my order. When I approached her while she was parking, I inquired about picking up the order, and she dismissively responded that she would bring it up, almost as if she didn't want to. Despite waiting for her at the front desk, she never arrived. I tried calling her multiple times, and she messaged me saying she attempted to call me back and left my food downstairs at the hotel. However, I work in the office building across the street. Her behavior was very impolite, and I am not inclined to support a business with such disrespectful service. I had to go looking for my food, which is completely unsatisfactory. A full refund for this order is warranted.
