Hi I just had to deal with a customer service representative by the name of Robin. There was a mix up with our order and we have never had a situation like this before so our driver assured us that we would be refunded no issues. But we had been on hold with customer service and robin told me she was the one that told our driver it would be refunded. When I asked why she fought me tooth and nail for five minutes before issuing the refund she decided to change her mind and say she could no longer refund me for the mid up and blamed me for it. I have never in all my orders from you had to deal with such a difficult and reluctant employee with an outrageous attitude like this one. Her name is as robin according to her and she was a customer service supervisor around *** am on Sunday October **st United States pacific time. I know you record your calls so I would like someone to investigate the transcripts and let me know if that’s how all your employees treat customers. Thanks I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.
