Estimated time of delivery fluctuated to over an hour right at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Once a courier finally picked it up, as I was tracking her car and noticing it was going in a wrong direction, I called numerous times and sent several texts with no response. Once the delivery finally came, the container and contents were very cold and obviously left in the elements far too long. Not only will I never go to this restaurant, I will never use Uber Eats again. Cooking the food that was delivered defeats the whole purpose.
GetHuman-lilabla did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
