I had ordered Uber eats last night October **, **** and just my service fee alone was nearly $**.I had to wait ** minutes just to receive the food after it had been picked up by the carrier. When I received the food the order was wrong. I had ordered an omelette and I did specify in all caps “No cheese.” There was so much cheese in the omelette I couldn’t even eat parts of it. Also my roommate had ordered a country fried steak and she did not receive any gravy. I just want to point out that my roommate had been talking about how she wanted to order the item specifically for the gravy. Not to make a mockery of this but she was genuinely looking forward to the gravy. Also, I orderedNutella and banana crepes that had literally two pieces of banana and a squirt of Nutella. I ended up paying close to $** for this order and I am completely unsatisfied. I would like a refund.
