Hello Uber Eats.* Few weeks ago I had mistakenly ordered a biriyani from your app.Because as new to the app I wasn’t aware of the procedures.To cancel I called your representative and he said we usually charge fine to those who cancel after order placed,but as a new customer and considering this as your first order.We don’t charge fine.To reassure I once more asked him is it sure that it doesn’t charge fine.He said ‘yes sir,we understand as new customer it was a mistake from you.After some days I tried to order something.It shows a debt receipt.It was the fine you charged to me for the cancel issue.After seeing this I called your representative.He says that he doesn’t know anything if you want to order something you have to close the debt.See is this way you treat your customer.I understand that as your policies you have to charge the fine due to the loss.But if this is your policy you should have told to me that you will charge fine if you cancel the item.Then I had a option to buy the item.See,now i have to close the debt without no reason.* My mobile no:********** and I updated it to **********
