I had ordered my food at *:**. At *:** the delivery said on the way and the eta was *:**. I was watching the tracker and my delivery girl (Gloria) had made a stop for *-** min on the way and then went the complet opposite direction of my house. At first my food was delayed to *:** then *:**. My food did not arrive until ** on the dot. When i asked what took her so long she said, “i was Making other deliveries.” I responded With “Well it took you almost an hour so now my food will be cold.” Her response was “Well too bad.” And drove off quickly. I thought Uber eats was all about customer service, guess not.
