Initial complaint was that my food delivery driver saw me, drove past me, and made me walk on the other side of the street in the rain to get the food. But before that, he took my phone from my hand and marked a complete order, rated himself as a good driver, then rated the restaurant all thumbs up, made sure everything went through, AND THEN he handed me my food afterwards. **I have messaged Uber eats about. This situation and in the same conversation with * different employees (Jenny, Abraham, and JESTY) and they all sent me the same message telling me to go back in the app and rate the driver... This means they ignored my message and responded * different times with that message. I literally cannot rate the driver because he did it himself and that is literally my complaint. The driver took my personal phone, rated himself a thumbs up for a bad job, then handed me my food all while making me stand in the rain while he was in the car.**I want something to be done of those drivers or fake "customer service" representatives. My experience was horrible and starting to like alternative methods of food delivery.
