order more food, but accidentally hit the submit and immediately hit cancel. ... I hit cancel after accidentaly hitting submit. The site said the restaurant had not started my order (obvious because I had literally just hit the button) and that there would be NO FEE BECAUSE THEY HADN'T STARTED THE ORDER YET. Now I am emailed a receipt stating I am being charged **.** for hitting a wrong button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS! There is no way in that millisecond that someone started that food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That the button is too easy to hit accidentally. AND if you say there is no fee because the restaurant didn't start the food, then you SHOULD NOT BE SENDING RECEIPTS FOR FULL PRICE!
You would think that they would not keep trying to explain their system to me when I order every day. Instead of fixing the issue, they want to educate you on what you did wrong. I know what I did wrong, I accidentally hit submit and then hit cancel one millisecond after. THIS CAN BE SEEN ON THE TECHNICAL SIDE. YOU ARE RIPPING ME OFF WHEN YOU KNOW **** WELL THEY DID NOT MAKE A WHOLE MEAL IN * TENTH OF A SECOND.
I order almost every night due to having a disabled child.
I CAN NOT ORDER THOUGH YOU ANYMORE.
