I TRIED TO ORDER FROM UBER EATS THIS MORNING ********** & THE APP SAID THAT I HAD AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF $**.** . THATS IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM UBER EATS IT TAKES THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT RIGHT AWAY & I SEE IT RIGHT AWAY, I ALSO CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT DAILY , DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WORK IN A BANK, SO I KNOW I AM GETTING CHARGED ! UBER EATS SHOULD NOT BE TELLING ME THAT I OWE $**.** WHEN I DON'T, I AM VERY UPSET & IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT FIXED , YOU WILL BE LOOSING A CUSTOMER !!!
GetHuman-jaidalyn did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
