D****, I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THIS ORDER I NEED A FULL REFUND FOR THE **.** plus I am expecting y’all to pay the $** fee I was charged due to y’all over drafting my account. I spoke to a rep on the phone and he wasn’t able to do anything he just kept saying how the second charge was a hold but it was already charged on my account. I need that refunded for **.** plus **$ for the over draft fee I had to pay bc y’all chose to charge me twice so I need a total of **.** in my account ASAP I am super frustrated with the run around I got from the rep. And the non replies from constant emails
