I ordered food to my school on friday. It took over an hour for the food to be delivered to me, after the delivery wait time was only ** minutes. My food was cold and soggy and due to how long it took it to be delivered. The driver did not pick up the phone, and was not cooperative at all. The wait was so long that I was late to my class and lost points for an unexcused lateness. I use uber and uber eats quite regularly, but after this experience it was an extreme inconveinence and very frustrating. I would like a refund or a credit to my account. I would not have placed a ** dollar order for it to be extremely late, cold and causing me to be late and lose points in a senior college level class.
GetHuman-joeycaps did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
