When we placed our food order, we requested a large meal. Unfortunately, our delivery person mistakenly mixed up two orders from the same restaurant. Due to this mix-up, we received a smaller meal meant for another customer, and they ended up with our large meal. Upon realizing the error, the delivery person went back to the other customer's house to retrieve our order, but they had already consumed most of it. Despite our attempts to contact the delivery person, we were unable to reach him.

I placed an order today (9/19/[redacted]) with Mama and Daughters through your Uber Eats app. The driver, Antonio, driving his Chevy Impala, was at my delivery location at [redacted] Commerce St (Dallas County Courthouse). He called to advise that no parking was available and mentioned I work in the courthouse, unable to deliver to my floor. He questioned if I wanted guards to check my food, though security does not inspect deliveries. He expressed concern about his vehicle being towed, showing attitude and unprofessionalism. After canceling my order while I was on my way down, I was disappointed to find him not there. This situation has led me to request a refund and an apology from upper management regarding this delivery experience, making me reconsider using Uber Eats again. I made an order with a scheduled arrival time of 8:36, but it kept changing and was eventually cancelled by the driver. I have screenshots showing the driver parked at Wawa for 5 minutes. I tried to contact her for directions but received no response. When she finally arrived at the gate, she was rude and then cancelled the order. I'm requesting a refund and would like to give her a negative rating. Being 8 months pregnant, I'm extremely hungry, and now I have to go out to get dinner due to her refusal to accept directions. I opted for Uber Eats over DoorDash for better customer service and timely delivery, but this is the second time I've had such a poor experience.

Our driver was scheduled to arrive at 8:46 pm. However, he headed in the opposite direction of our house, causing concern about our food getting cold. After a brief explanation about stopping for gas, he parked in a residential neighborhood for ten minutes before finally heading to a gas station and then to our home. Unfortunately, our order arrived over 25 minutes late, making the food ice cold and the pizza as hard as cardboard. I am highly dissatisfied and request a complete refund for this unsatisfactory service.

I ordered food from Popeyes in Bushwick on Myrtle Ave around 8 PM. After tracking the delivery, it showed the food was delivered when it actually wasn't. Popeyes confirmed there was a mix-up, and I never received my order. I'm requesting a prompt refund for the undelivered food.

I recently Ubered to work but forgot to update my delivery address. The driver refused to drive a few minutes to the new location until I contacted support. After calling, I was informed the driver was unwell and unable to deliver. It was frustrating to discover changing the address was so complicated for a short distance. I waited 20 minutes for a resolution, only to be told the driver no longer wanted to deliver to the new location within range. This experience left me hungry, out $18, and with no meal. Moreover, when I provided feedback in a survey that my issue wasn’t resolved, the call abruptly ended. It seems like my concerns were not important at all.

To the concerned party, I am Roberto C. I placed an order with Uber Eats on Friday, September 21, [redacted], around 12 a.m. Upon delivery, I received only one meal instead of the two "build your own" meals from Denny's that I had ordered. The meal I received was a steak omelette, which I cannot eat due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, I had to discard the incorrect order as the delivery person did not respond to my attempted contact. I dialed the provided phone number within 1-2 minutes of their departure, with no answer. I am seeking a full refund of $21.78 credited back to my account.

I placed an order for food around 12:15, and I was initially informed it would arrive by 12:45. However, the delivery time kept changing until 2:19, then suddenly the order was canceled by your service. This has happened before, claiming the Uber delivery person couldn't reach me. Also, once you accepted my payment through Paytm, only to inform me an hour later that the restaurant was too busy. It seems like there are dishonest practices happening. I'm disappointed and honestly feel let down by your service. It's frustrating that there's no efficient online troubleshooting available, unlike Swiggy and other competitors who keep customers informed about delays. This will be my last attempt to reach out; otherwise, I'll have to delete the app since it seems you're unable to address customer concerns or provide updates through proper communication channels. A personal call would be more appreciated than the unhelpful emails you send.

I am disappointed with my recent experience with Uber Eats. I have always had positive encounters until now. I ordered my regular breakfast from a nearby McDonald's, which included a caramel frappe, hash brown, and McMuffin. My Uber delivery driver was Tarryn, who had trouble locating my building, although I provided directions. Instead of heading to the back as instructed, Tarryn went to the front office and had a confrontation with the receptionist. She then tossed my McDonald's bag onto the receptionist's desk along with my half-empty frappe containing debris. The food was wet, sticky, and had an odd smell, making it inedible. I have photos of the items and am willing to share them if needed. This behavior was unprofessional, and I have never experienced such poor service. I am requesting a refund for the unsatisfactory and mishandled delivery. I hope to hear back from Uber soon regarding this issue. Thank you.

I placed an order for pizza and received a notification that it was being prepared for delivery. As I waited by the door, monitoring the delivery app, I noticed the delivery person didn't approach my house. Shortly after, I saw two missed calls on my phone from an unfamiliar number. When I tried to call back, my service provider didn't recognize the number, even though it was the same one listed on my order. Contacting customer support was not helpful, and I was disappointed with their lack of assistance. I made efforts to retrieve my order after the driver failed to arrive at my door, and I didn't receive any prior notification of their arrival. All I got were the two missed calls (that didn't ring on my phone) and a cancellation message. This level of service is not acceptable.

I ordered a hybrid Cuban sandwich from Michelle Faedo's in Tampa, but within seconds of placing the order, it was mistakenly set for delivery to my home address. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but the app gave me limited options and advised me to contact customer service. Despite understanding technical difficulties, the process could be more user-friendly, especially when the website promises a response within 64 hours. I am extremely disappointed! My order (#817AB) has been delayed for over an hour and a half, even though it was meant to arrive in 45 minutes. I contacted Hooters, who informed me that my order was ready, but Uber's driver kept changing and cancelling. Hooters is willing to deliver, but Uber is not meeting their delivery commitment, causing major frustration. I insist on a full refund and for my order to be promptly delivered as promised. Hooters has confirmed they are willing to cooperate. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately! Hello, I placed an order on UberEats last week at a restaurant called HealthyRoute66, but it was not delivered because the restaurant couldn't accommodate my egg allergy. After speaking with three customer service representatives, we confirmed that the refund should be processed within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, it has been longer than that, and I am unsure how else to follow up on this matter. Despite this experience and the high fees, I still rely on UberEats. I placed an order for delivery from Subway outside the Mandalay Bay. The delivery driver called me and seemed to struggle with finding my location despite my clear directions. He mentioned being busy and unable to locate me, then abruptly canceled my order. I was unable to leave my post outside east of the Mandalay Bay south of the valet exit while working. The driver left without even trying to deliver the food, yet the payment was still deducted from my account. I was disappointed with the service and I just want a refund.

Today, on 9/21, I placed an order for food around 12 pm. Despite the app showing that it was picked up and delivered to my work, I never received it. I waited outside but the delivery person didn't contact me or show up. After confirming with the restaurant that the food was not picked up, I reordered. Strangely, the same delivery person, Veronica, was assigned. Despite my efforts to contact her and waiting outside, she didn't deliver the food and caused me to waste time. I wish to receive a full refund for both orders (#17FB9 and #DF48E) and a complimentary meal from Uber Eats due to this unacceptable experience that disrupted my workday.

I am requesting a refund and a complimentary meal credit due to the inconvenience caused by last night's order #A9984. Delivery driver Javier claimed that my food was delivered, but it was not received. This situation is very frustrating. I sent an email expressing my distress last night and have yet to receive a response. Today, I tried calling three times, but each representative transferred me to an automated machine addressing maintenance issues. Despite my prior email, I have not had any real assistance. I even asked to speak with a manager, but was left waiting. It feels as though my order vanished, and I am struggling to find someone to help resolve this matter.

I recently placed an order with Hollywood Pies. Unfortunately, the delivery driver did not deliver my food as expected to my door. Despite claiming to have called me, I had no missed calls. I messaged the driver, informing them I was on my way down, but as I was exiting my property, the driver left. According to the delivery terms, the driver was supposed to call me three times with 20-second intervals, which did not happen. Additionally, the driver only waited for 8 minutes, though I needed at least 10 and was on my way down. I ordered Peri Peri hot wings and rice from Pepes last night. The order was scheduled for delivery at 12:36. At 12:33, I went outside as the app indicated a 3-minute ETA. Trying to locate the driver, I called but received no response. By 12:58, the driver was far from my location, and shortly after, the delivery status falsely claimed the food was delivered. The order #BC638 arrived 22 minutes late with no food in hand even though it was paid for. Seeking a refund as I had no dinner, I would appreciate a prompt response. Best, A

As an Uber Eats driver, I completed [redacted] trips on August 23rd. I was rewarded with a $25 promo code, but unfortunately, I have been unable to use it. Every time I try to make a purchase and enter the promo code, it states that it is not valid. I attempted to use this promo code multiple times for my daughter's gathering with her friends, causing us considerable embarrassment as we had no alternative payment method at the time. Could someone please assist me with this issue? I believe I deserve to use the $25 promo code or be provided with an alternative resolution. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, they have been unable to offer a solution.

I have been having trouble reaching Uber Eats support via email. This is the fourth email I've sent, and each time it's unsuccessful. I'm frustrated with the lack of response. The support I've received so far has been unhelpful. I've been sent to different areas without finding a solution. It's been a frustrating experience. I called Customer Support to cancel an order, but no one could assist me properly. Despite trying to cancel immediately after placing the order, I was told it couldn't be done. The whole process has been disappointing, and I demand a refund for the $31.01 order if it's not resolved promptly. The level of customer support has been unacceptable.
