Order breakfast ... I’ve been waiting on an order to be picked up from the restaurant, and the expected delivery time has been pushed back * times. It’s on track to being an hour late. I’m worried by the time I get my food it’ll be inedible (eggs that have been sitting around for an hour) and I’ll be charged for something I wouldn’t eat when it’s delivered
It’s frustrating because they have me wait over an hour until they cancelled my order. What’s the point of using the service if they start to gain a reputation of not performing their main business function? (I.e. picking up orders for the customer)
Fixing their logistics* clearly they don’t know how to efficiently coordinate their drivers with what orders need to be delivered
I’ve been pretty loyal to Uber eats* but if they can’t function well in NYC then they have no business being in this industry
This has happened multiple times before so I’m starting to not want to use this service anymore
