Please give a look into my account. It's been a long time that you have put my account on hold. If asking for refunds due to accidents goes against your policy, then I have nothing to do. Uber is my daily commute to and from work. It becomes a problem for me during busy hours. Please look into this matter seriously or I would like to proceed with legal steps. It's been more than one month that you have kept my account on hold. You are not giving any information at all about my account, whether it will be suspended or kept on hold or something else. You keep saying that you have escalated the matter to higher authority. Please tell me when these 'authorities' are going to contact me. Also, I want the status of my account as soon as possible. Thank you.
