I ordered the oxtails meal from Jeans Takeout and paid $**. That’s a lot of money just for one plate and they didn’t even give me what I asked for. The meal was supposed to come with cabbage, oxtails, beans & rice, and plantains. I didn’t receive my plantains, the rice was just plain rice, and the cabbage had peppers in it which I’m allergic too. The description didn’t point that out. I did not get what I paid for and I want a refund. I contacted ubereats through email twice before once right after I saw my food was wrong and the very next day. Today has made *, I’ve emailed ubereats and now I’m emailing you guys. Since I didn’t get a real email back only a support message I decided to call ubereats direct line, they say they can’t give me a refund because “it comes from a different department” but I ordered from UBEREATS. I want my refund and not * stupid support messages.
I want my refund from UBEREATS that’s how I want it resolved.
