Help with my UberEATS issue

UberEATS's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jerzyrip a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jerzyrip's own words
Today I was charged * separate charges by uber eats on my credit card. Unfortunately, I don't have an account with your company and NEVER have. The charges were as follows *Uber Eats FHZES $**Uber Eats FHZES $**.***Uber Eats SR*P* $**.***So obviously these charges were unauthorized and I need full reimbursement before my account is overdrawn and Ian charged overdraft fees. I also need to know the name on the Uber Eats account that used my credit card. *Finally, I would like to address Uber Eats customer service "Real Human" number I called. First of all, I have no idea why that department even exists because there isn't one person working there that has any idea what they are doing. I spoke to "Jen"first. She kept telling me that there is nothing anyone that worked there could do to help me and that I should call my bank and have them handle it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that she would see if there were any supervisors. Then she put me on hold for a few minutes. When she came back on, she said that there isn't anything anyone that worked for the company could do and that my only option was to go online and file a complaint. She did the EXACT same drill * times. Finally I told her that I wasn't getting off the line til I spoke to ANYONE higher up. So I was transfered to "Earl" who was even less of a help than "Jen". He kept saying the EXACT things the first girl said about going online and filing a complaint. W he n I asked for a person that could or a person that was higher up, he told me that there is no one above him and no one in the entire company handles these issues. I even asked for the owner, which I was told that no one knows who that is. Lol I really think that Uber Eats needs to reevaluate the* way they do business. O ya, when I asked if they could look up the name on the account that used my credit card, I was told that, because I didn't have an account with them, they couldn"t look up who accessed my credit card info. All the while, I was never even asked my name until the last * minutes of my ** minute call. I was never asked ANYTHING! I hope that this issue gets resolved in a more professional and timely manner.
