I ordered food yesterday and canceled before the restaurant accepted the order. I still was charged the amount of $**.** . I then messaged UBER EATS support and they told me I would not be compensated for the loss of my money. I am very upset because there is no valid reason that I cannot have my money back being that the order was not nor was the driver on their way. I am a loyal customer and have spents a lot of money with you guys. If this is something that cannot get resolved I may need to use another reasonable company and direct my friends and family there as well. So if I could please get some help on this situation that would be much appreciated thank you so much.
