I have sent my complaint even on the Ubereats app. I was charged twice for the same order. It was a COD order* I paid the delivery boy in cash and the same amount was even deducted from my Paytm account. The delivery guy marked the order as a cancelled order by mistake, but delivered it. Please look into the matter and arrange for a full refund of ****.**.
GetHuman-sharbos did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
