I made an order to **** S MacGregor Way, Houston, TX ***** at **:** PM today. It is **:** p.m. The app said it would be delivered within ** minutes, and I know the restaurant I ordered food from is not far from my location. The estimated arrival time is now **:** a.m. How is this possible? This is totally absurd and ridiculous. The uber driver called me and told me her phone was dying. Shouldn't her phone be charged if she's doing a delivery, otherwise she would get lost? That just doesn't make sense. She called again and said she got a charger and that it would take her about ** minutes to get back. Fifteen minutes. I'm very upset. She mentioned something about telling Uber to refund my money. I need this money now. I paid for my food. This is very absurd.
GetHuman1021849 did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
