To whom it may concern,*As an UberEATS customer, as well as a restaurant worker who deals with delivery services, I am severely disappointed with UberEATS. The last few transactions I have had with UberEats have been subpar and this last one has made my boyfriend and myself vow to never order through UberEATS again. Here is what happened with this transaction:*My boyfriend ordered through his account from "Teriyaki Madness" at *** Centerview Blvd Kissimmee FL *****. We ordered a beef teriyaki bowl with white rice and a spicy chicken plate with white rice and an egg roll. The order was placed around *:** and it was shown the order would arrive around *:**. The order arrived around *:** and when my boyfriend received the order, the driver didn't offer a receipt and there was none attached to the bag. When we went through it, it was nowhere near what we ordered. There was a macaroni salad, a spicy chicken bowl on top of cabbage and a two meat chicken plate on top of white rice. There was no egg roll and we were very confused. We tried to call the restaurant to let them know we believed we received the wrong order and there was no answer at the restaurant after waiting until it no longer rang two times. We gave up and decided to eat what we got because, *** minutes later, we were very hungry and didn't want to wait until we got ahold of the restaurant. This is an oversight on the restaurants part as well as the drivers part, seeing as they are supposed to confirm orders when receiving them from the restaurant as well as when they are delivering orders. Considering there is a SUBSTANTIAL "Booking fee" of $*.** (near $** more than our initial order) we are extremely upset that we received the wrong order and couldn't even get ahold of someone to fix the issue or even find out exactly what happened. Please contact me as soon as you're able so this issue can be resolved. We would like a refund for our order.
