Hi, *Yesterday I ordered an UberEats order under the account of Amanda McDonough with email MandyM*****@***.com. Despite ordering this at *:** and cancelling it directly at *:**, we were still charged for the order, and under UberEats policy, if you cancel an order within * minutes, you should not be charged. We were still charged. Additionally, we reordered the order directly after that at around *:**, and never received the order until * HOURS after ordering it. The place from which we ordered is * miles away. We were then charged the full amount for that order. This means we've been charged over ** DOLLARS for an order that took ** hours to arrive. This is ridiculous. I would hope and expect that our first order can be completely refunded, and that the second order can be discounted. *Katherine
