Hi,**I have ordered under my account to eat before work. I paid extra for add on’a from the restaurant. Not only did they get the entire order wrong, every single upgrade that I paid for, was nowhere to be found. I called customer service to fix the problem for me. I got my money back. As I tried to order again I have found that my account has been disabled? As a customer that did not do anything wrong, you disable my account because the vendor made a mistake on my order. This is the most ridiculous system. I have now been on the line with your customer service for over ** minutes, have been on hold and you now, want to tell me you have no idea what happened to my account? This is the most ridiculous app and the most ridiculous service I have ever used. I will now be using skip the dishes and will be ditching uber eats. This is the most ridiculous customer service.
