I ordered food and it was picked up without issue. It was scheduled to be delivered to me at **:** AM, it is now **:** PM and my driver is still * minutes away. She has driven around everywhere unable to find my apartment complex. I know my apartment complex can be difficult to find, so I always try to make things a little more explicit in my delivery note. I have had ubereats delivered here several times without issue in the past. I messaged the driver on the app, no response. I called her, she answered, but all I could hear was wind as if she was driving around with the windows down. She called me back and I had to guide her to my apartment. Just as she was about to approach, she hung up, and made a wrong turn (which has extended my delivery time by another ** minutes). I have called her back multiple times to guide her and she will not answer the phone. I would like a full refund on the order. I have screenshots of the initial times straight from the app to demonstrate how long I have waited.
I trust that UberEATS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
