Wanted my refund back in my account with the *.** in my recent order subtracted from it ... What I ordered was it in my bag but I was charged for it and whomever was so called helping me with my problem did not do nothing but rushed me off the phone I waited patiently for them to make sure my order was correct and asked for my total and they came up with the excuse of me not getting my money back if I canceled the order but instead I wanted to add to that same order and still didn’t get what I asked for I’m really pissed and am ngoing t satisfied with what was brought to me I was charged for chips and queso and just received chips with no queso and I paid my money for it and didn’t get it someone need to be calling me or getting in contact with me ASAP because I’ve used Uber eats plenty of times and until now is when I have a problem
My money is not in my account
Just have my refund back in my account
I’ve used Ubereats numerous times and love the app I will continue using it I just want this one problem taken care of
I’ve already contacted you all about this and there still is not change other than what’s in my recent order and not what’s in my account
