I ordered last night ******** at about **:** pm from Friendly's on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square through your UberEats app. Your app lists that this location is open until **:** pm. I placed my order and after ten minutes no one at the restaurant had confirmed my order. I called the restaurant to ask why it had not been confirmed and they proceeded to tell me that they close at **:** pm not **:** pm and that your app had the incorrect information. After going back and forth with them and experiencing terrible customer service, including being hung up on, I canceled my order with Friendly's on your UberEats app. I believe that you should make sure that the hours are correct for every restaurant and communicate with these businesses so things like this do not happen. I am very disappointed and am just considering deleting my UberEats app altogether seeing how it just brought me frustration. Thank you for your time.
