I placed an order for sushi twister at *:** and it said **-** minutes for delivery, awesome. What is not awesome is that it is now *:** and the order is still on prepped with the delivery time continually climbing. I reached out to your customer service number who stated that they would call, they then can back and said driver is coming and food is done and I would be charged to cancel. I dont want to be charged but accept the late delivery. This was ** minutes ago and it's still on prepping food and getting later. This is terrible customer service and I use you all the time. I am pretty upset by this because I felt lied to more than anything. My account is under *****@***.com or *****@***.com for sushi twister.
