Hello. I ordered from UberEATS at *:** am. After waiting for over an hour, with constantly changing estimated arrival times, I contacted customer support and was told that the driver was at the location ready to pick up the order. I waited another ten minutes with no update to my order and then called again. I was told that the driver was there and that I qualified for a **% off discount. While I was on the phone, my order suddenly disappeared and it stated that Denny's was "unable to complete the order". The representative looked into it and stated that the driver had cancelled the pick up, and that further, the driver had no contact information, and finally the order was not going to be delivered. My only compensation for wasting an hour and a half and being hungry with no prospect of my breakfast coming was simply that I wouldn't be charged for the order. That does not seem right to me, and I am tempted to never use this service again
