I had a very poor experience tonight. I ordered food from a pizza place. I waited ** minutes. I was told my food was here so I went downstairs. I messaged the driver and got a response saying they “had bad signal” and I ended up calling them * TIMES with no answer. My order then got CANCELLED???? I Was downstairs at my address waiting. I then called customer service to address this issue. Customer service was not very helpful and said they would just reorder my food for me. I then waited almost * HOURS for this so called “reordered food”. So I called customer service again. I was told the customer service rep never actually re ordered my food which is absurd because I told her to RE ORDER it. Now on this second call, the customer service rep said that “I should not order late at night so something like this doesn’t happen again”, how are you going to tell me when to order my food???, she said my money was refunded but the restaurant is now closed and to try again another time. Now * hours later I still don’t have food and I will not be getting it. I I’m beyond annoyed and dissappointedwith this service I had tonight. I would like this issue to be fixed and that this does not happen again.
