I had issues with Uber Eats in the past, so I stopped using it. Recently, my bank notified me that Uber Eats attempted to charge my account six times. I never made any new orders, so I was surprised by this. I appreciate my bank's alert about the situation. I need an explanation from Uber Eats regarding why these unauthorized charges were attempted. This experience feels like money is being taken without my consent, and it's concerning. I am considering taking further action, such as filing a police report, if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily.

I had a distressing experience with Uber Eats today. I placed an order on the app between meetings with an estimated delivery time of 11:42. Despite requesting in the notes not to knock on the door, the driver called me angrily at 11:40 asking my whereabouts. Upon my arrival at 11:43, she berated me for not waiting by the street, claiming she had been waiting for 30 minutes. She only made two calls to me, not numerous attempts as she alleged. As a university professor, I was shocked by her disrespectful behavior, especially when she resorted to offensive language towards me based on our shared Chinese heritage. I intend to file a complaint with Uber with all the evidence. I am disappointed that a company like Uber tolerates such unprofessional conduct from their drivers.

I ordered McDonald’s through Uber Eats, thinking it was a good idea after having a glass of wine. Unfortunately, our driver forgot part of our order, so we ended up reordering instead of complaining since contacting the driver through the app isn't easy. After paying a delivery fee for the missing items and reordering, our order was messed up once again. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Every time I use Uber Eats, there's always something missing. Do drivers check orders before delivering them? I am surprised that this happened twice in one night.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience using Uber Eats. I placed an order for one dinner, but the app charged me three times, totaling $[redacted].15 USD. Due to insufficient funds, I also incurred two $35.00 USD overdraft fees, adding up to an extra $70.00 USD. This amounts to a total of $[redacted].15 USD for something I never intended to order. I am willing to pay for the one dinner I did receive at $69.05 USD plus a $4.00 tip. However, I demand an immediate refund of the remaining $[redacted].01 USD that Uber Eats wrongly charged me. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue without any delays.

As a General Manager of a national chain that partners with Uber Eats, I encountered a disappointing experience with a recent order. Initially scheduled for a 9:25 pm delivery, I was informed of the cancellation at 10:40 pm due to a lack of drivers in Dallas. Despite attempting to contact the restaurant without success, I learned from Uber Eats customer service that the blame fell on the restaurant for not notifying me, which is inaccurate. As someone familiar with the process, I understand that it is not the restaurant's obligation to update customers in such cases. Dishearteningly, my interaction with customer service left me without a resolution, only an inadequate discount for a future order. This incident has led me to reconsider using Uber Eats for my business due to the unprofessional handling of the situation. Clear communication and accountability are essential in customer service, and this experience has left me disenchanted with the service.

While at Qdoba in Salem, OR, my family and I witnessed a driver behaving rudely towards the staff. I observed him leaving and entering a vehicle (navy blue Jeep Cherokee or Grand Cherokee) with license plate #CPTN. As a customer who uses UberEATS occasionally, I wanted to share this incident to prevent such behavior towards future customers.

Last night, I placed my third order with Mr Submarine near Oak Forest, Illinois. I have always been satisfied with their service until last night. Despite ordering at 9:30 pm with their closing time at 10:00 pm, my delivery arrived after 10 pm. The owner assured me they personally wrapped my sandwich, but when it arrived, the packaging looked tampered with, and the sandwich was cold. Disappointed, I threw it away as it seemed unsafe to eat. When I raised the issue on UberEATS, I received a lackluster apology and was told the matter was resolved, which does not sit well with me. The owner mentioned the driver's habit of delaying orders, which added to my frustration. I strongly believe I deserve a refund for this unpleasant experience. - Allyson P.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from a food delivery from McDonald's. I had been waiting for over an hour for my order, only to be informed at the end of a basketball game that they were closed and not delivering. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I have been a customer for a few years, took a break, and decided to give it another try tonight, only to be let down. I will not be ordering from your service again, and I will be sharing my negative experience with everyone I know.

I recently placed an order with The Original Steaks & Hoagies in Fairlawn, OH [redacted] for three sandwiches, fries, and wizzy tots. Unfortunately, there were several mistakes with my order. I specifically requested no hot peppers, with mayo and provolone cheese instead of white American on one 'Original' small sandwich, but those requests were not followed. This resulted in a co-worker not being able to eat her food. Additionally, the fries were excessively greasy. Moreover, the sandwiches were not marked, causing confusion amongst us about whose sandwich was whose. This is the second time we've had issues ordering through Uber Eats, with our previous order from Piada missing both proteins from our pasta diavolo, despite paying extra for them. These errors are disappointing, especially considering the additional fees paid, including a tip for the driver. I would greatly appreciate a full refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I received my order but unfortunately, half of the food was missing. When I reached out to the restaurant, the manager informed me that two bags were handed to the driver, yet I only received one. It appears the driver kept a bag for themselves, which is unacceptable. Despite my inquiry, the driver did not attempt to rectify the situation. I desire a complete refund as I now need to reorder to ensure everyone is fed. Being a frequent Ubereats customer, I request a full refund to maintain my loyalty. I strongly suggest banning this driver from future deliveries to prevent this issue for others.

We have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for a delivery from Denny's. We only received a notification a minute ago that our order could not be completed. The delivery person had trouble finding our room at the Travelodge Hotel, which is just 5 minutes away from Denny's where we placed the order. We are incredibly hungry and surprised by the lengthy delay; it would have been quicker for us to pick up the food ourselves. It's frustrating that the delivery person did not seek directions at the front desk. Despite being loyal UberEats users, this experience has left a negative impression. We hope our feedback is taken seriously, and we are valued as customers. We would appreciate two complimentary meals to compensate for this error. The lack of communication options on the app is disappointing. We observed the driver circling the motel several times before departing, even though we are on the easily accessible first floor. We hope to receive a response and feel heard as customers.

We have been waiting for almost 2 hours for our Denny's order to be delivered. Our Uber driver's name was Blair. He seemed to have trouble finding our location, driving around the motel multiple times before leaving and causing our order to be canceled. Despite being on the first floor of the Travelodge Inn, he couldn't locate us. It's frustrating that he didn't ask for directions at the front lobby or have a way to contact us directly through the app. This experience has made us hesitant to use UberEats again, as we witnessed the driver's difficulties after a long day of traveling. Hello, I encountered an issue with a $25 eGift from Uber Eats.The eGift was applied to my order, but upon checking my bank statement, I realized the full $40 was charged, indicating the eGift was not applied as confirmed. After speaking with Cash Star, who confirmed the eGift was at $0 balance and should have been used for my order, I am disappointed. As a first-time user, this experience is disheartening. Good afternoon, I had an issue with an eGift from Uber Eats. I applied a $25 eGift to my order, but it did not reflect in the total amount at checkout. Even though I was told it was accepted, I was charged the full $40 for my meal. I recently placed an order at the McDonald's on Main St and Gilbert Rd in Mesa, AZ. My order included a 10-piece chicken tenders, 2 medium fries, a side salad, a double cheeseburger with no ketchup but add mayo, 1 large hot coffee with 7 cream and 7 sugar, 1 large iced turtle macchiato, and some dipping sauce. However, my order was missing the fries, side salad, and there was no cream or sugar in the coffee. When I contacted the McDonald's, they asked me to come at 10:30 at night to fix the order. I have faced issues with my orders before, and this time, almost half of my $30 order was missing. I am requesting that appropriate actions be taken, and I would also like a full refund for the order.

I experienced a disturbing incident with an Uber Eats driver who delivered my food without knocking. Instead of leaving, he walked through my yard, peered into my child's window, and then fled when I approached. This behavior is unsettling, especially with young children in the house. It has made me lose trust in your service. Please ensure better background checks for the safety of your customers.

I recently ordered a chicken roll from Big Fat Shawarma during the 11rs offer from 5-6 pm. Unfortunately, I had trouble canceling the order as I wanted to place a larger order for my family and staff between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. Despite my efforts, I couldn't modify the order, leading to a frustrating situation as I had promised my staff a treat. I couldn't contact a call center or customer service number to address my concerns. Eventually, after more than an hour, I received a call from the delivery person stating only the initial chicken roll was ready, which I had ordered for myself. I had to cancel as I needed more for my staff. When informed about the cancellation, another person mentioned a 50 RS charge for future cancellations but didn't inquire about the reason. Despite this, the issue remained unresolved, and I was disheartened by the lack of assistance. This was my first experience with the app, and I doubt I will use it again. I had intended to recommend it to others, but after this experience, I'm hesitant to do so.

Yesterday at 11:00pm, I placed an order for the build your own appetizer from Applebee’s, which should have included boneless wings, chicken wonton tacos, and mashed potatoes. I must say the delivery driver was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and arrived cold. My chicken wonton taco contained shrimp, which I had to discard due to my sister's shrimp allergy. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the wings were in the wrong sauce; I ordered buffalo but received a sweet sauce I didn't like. I only managed to eat the potatoes after reheating them. I ended up having to throw everything away and order pizza instead. I am seeking a refund as it isn't fair to spend $18 on food that was uneatable and disappointing.

I recently attempted to order a salad from McDonald's in Antwerp. Unfortunately, the website experienced numerous glitches. Despite adding the salad to my cart, I encountered errors when trying to place the order. After several attempts, I managed to order from a different McDonald's in town. Strangely, shortly after, two UberEats delivery drivers arrived with a salad from each McDonald's location. When two more salads got delivered, totaling four, I realized my account had been charged for all of them. This situation was quite frustrating, as I only intended to order one salad. I missed my food delivery because I was briefly outside and didn't hear the doorbell. The driver left without trying to call. I called customer service, and they canceled my initial order but advised me to reorder through the app. After receiving a refund for the first charge of $55, a second charge of $[redacted] appeared on my account. I have not yet received a refund for this amount and would appreciate assistance with this matter. Thank you.
