On ******* I ordered one item through Uber Eats. I had added special instructions to NOT include green peppers & onions. But when the food arrived, both items were mixed in with my eggs. These foods make me sick and I cannot eat them. I reached out to Uber Eats via the GET HELP function and received a response that said my only course of action was to rate the restaurant * star. That is an UNACCEPTABLE response. I spent $**.** on a meal (Order ******) that I was unable to eat and I have no recourse whatsoever to get a refund. I have a screen shot of my order where I clearly articulated No green peppers & no onions. I also have pictures of my food, which clearly shows green peppers & onions in it. I would like a refund of $**.**. If this cannot be resolved, then I would like to receive instructions on how to disable my UberEats account because I won't use it ever again. l looked at my account and I have spent $***.** in **** so far with Uber Eats and the response I get is basically... too bad... give them a * star? THAT IS NOT OKAY. I'm also happy to share this crappy email response I received. I would like a response that you will be providing a refund and if not, I would like instructions on how to cancel my account (I will also be cancelling my Uber account and moving to Lyft). Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
