I ordered an Uber for October **st and instead I was sent one driver on October **th who noticed I had put in the remarks that it was for October **st at *:** am. She called to verify and cancelled for me when she found what happened. Within ** minutes I had another driver call me. He was waiting for me. I told him that Uber must be having a glitch. He said I'd have to cancel, but I told him I didn't know how. He said he would have to wait until it timed out. Although I asked this cancellation fee be credited back and you claim it was, I did not receive it. The driver was Dennis, a Toyota Prius GXTB** for $*.**. Please return my money and tell me how to order one for this Sunday at *:** am.
