This was my first time using Uber. I did not know how to use the app. The information on the internet was not helpful. I thought you could scedule a specific time on the app. When going through the directions on the app ( this was at *:** in the morning, did not need a ride till *:**) I mistakingly asked for a car at that time. I was able to call the driver and cancel before she got to my house. The next thing I know There is another car coming for me. I don't know how that happened. Could not call this driver cause he did not have a phone. Had to cancel after he got to my house, so I got charged a canceling fee. If Uber would have a phone for customers it would make a hella of lot easer on us. You have a phone for drivers and for emergancies why not for customers. I don't like talking to a machine. I want to talk to a person!!!!!!
