I have always preorder my rides it telks me one price it never come i ordered my ride for *:** pm and its *pm it never came not only that its not the first time its a couple time the app clearly states if not here with in that ten minute time it suppose to be a ** dollar credit next ride well at this time ubet is short * of them rides i have to cancel and reorder . Yesterday i had to cancel my preorder uber rider and reoder ** minutes after it was due when i reordered he was here in * minutes said its been slow all day i was gis first ride since he started at *pm than you all tell me not only did the price go from *.** it went to * something close to * bucks it was after peak time same distance on the way back *.** the price is not the same im missing doctor appointments very important ones cant order upfront cause it never shows one day ot never showed another day it showed me a female on her way than a guy shows up really so un profesdional. If you cancel and reorder it change the price by * dollar or more difference im so upset uber still havent showed up for preorder pick up so my kids dont have theor medicine no doctor visit and no one from uber will call me but if i get a lawyer in which i will do if no one contacts me this time i will tjis is ridiculous and stresdful uber suppise to be better than a can but nope .
