I am writing pertaining to my Uber and UberEats account. I can not remember my password and I have had numerous failed attempts to reset my password, each time I am sent a broken link to validate my email address and thus my complaint isn't sent. Here's what I wrote to the customer service team:**I tried to reset my password yesterday and the password reset link I was sent did not work. I received * emails from customer service, both contained broken links to reset my password, after which the customer service dept. Simply stopped responding to my emails. This morning I sent another customer request complaint pertaining to my password, and the email I was sent to confirm my email address in order to validate my complaint contained a broken link, therefore my complaint was not sent. This happened two more times, both times I was unable to validate my email address due to the link being inactive. I am livid. This is inconvenient and tedious, particularly because there is no way to access customer service directly via phone or chat. I expect I will be sent another non-functioning link to reset my password, after which I will be ignored. I am a good customer of Uber and I resent being put through these endless hoops to do something as simple as resetting my password.
GetHuman-drawsmal did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
